What kind of warranty comes with my purchase?
All new appliances come with the full manufacturer warranty. For open-box and refurbished items, Appliance Outlet provides a 90-day limited warranty, with extended protection plans available for purchase at checkout.
Do you offer professional installation services?
Yes, we offer professional installation for major appliances like dishwashers, ranges, and laundry sets in select service areas. You can add installation to your order during the checkout process.
How does the 'White Glove Delivery' work?
Our White Glove Delivery service includes bringing the appliance into your home, unboxing it, placing it in your room of choice, and removing all packaging materials. We also offer haul-away services for your old appliances for an additional fee.
What is your return policy if an item doesn't fit?
We recommend measuring your space carefully before ordering. If an item does not fit, you can return it within 15 days of delivery; however, a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges will apply.
