Prepare for Pickup
Clean the appliance and secure all original accessories, manuals, and loose parts. For large appliances, our freight team will contact you to schedule a professional curbside pickup.
Inspection Process
Once the unit arrives at our warehouse, our technicians will inspect the item to verify its condition and ensure it matches the return documentation provided.
Receive Your Refund
After a successful inspection, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days, minus any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
